Might not be much help but have you looked the codes up on the Ross Tech website for a few reasons as to what the issue could be?

alarm.

The siren has built batteries so the alarm works if you ever get a flat battery but they are known To corrode over time and cause the alarm to fault and either not working or make the alarm go off.
Its in the drivers front wing in a metal box bolted to the chasiss

Also the switch it next to the drivers seat on the b pillar it turns the sensors off if you ever wanna leave dogs in the car or sensors for towing

Cheers

You mean the O2 spacer? Yes, it helps a majority of those whom have tried it. I think it is best to replace or you can clean, only cleaning is said to only last a short time and why I think replacing is best. I just got the code again and need to replace the second O2 now.

On your multiple codes...remember to address the first codes to pop up. Look at the timeline for the codes, address the first to pop up because one code can lead to others. Fix one, clear the codes, and address further should other codes appear again continuing to address by timeline that they appear.
